Shipping & Returns

At Just Your Shop, we hold ourselves to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. We want our valued customers to feel completely content with their purchases, and we are happy to accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

• Shipping date of returns or exchanges must be within 14 days of the purchase date.

• The returned items must be in new, unused condition, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

 

We understand that returning or exchanging items may be necessary at times, and we are dedicated to making this process as seamless as possible for you.

In order to initiate a return or exchange, we kindly ask that you send an email to justyourshop2022@gmail.com specifying your intention to return the order, along with your order number and shipping receipt. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will process the refund within 3-5 business days, and the refund amount will be credited back to your bank account.

It is important to note that returns or exchanges requested after 14 days will not be refunded.
